Security and Storage
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal and sensitive data, including encrypted transport over HTTPS, access controls, authentication, permission checks, audit trails, and protected local storage where supported by the device. No system can guarantee absolute security, so businesses should also manage staff access, device security, and account credentials carefully.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide BizPilot POS, maintain business records, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Operational records such as orders, invoices, payments, stock movements, audit logs, and tax-related records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
You can request account or business-data deletion by contacting [email protected] or using the support form. We may need to verify your authority to act for the business before deleting data.
